     Sometime in the fall of your senior year in high school, it will hit you: after twelve years of trudging through a diploma factory, you finally have the freedom to plan your own life. This is quite a responsibility, and can be overwhelming for some students. The important thing to remember is that many, many people have done this before you - and many of them were a lot less competent than you are. The application process requires a decent amount of time and effort, but will be worth it when you get into your school of choice.
